The KonMari Method™ was created by Marie Kondo, the author of The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. It is about choosing what sparks joy and living the life you want to live.

What to expect when tidying

We will work together to remove the clutter from your home. During every session I will create a positive work environment that is respectful, shame-free, and confidential. You will become more confident and efficient in your decision making and will find new gratitude for items you already have.

 

I will suggest practical solutions and encourage you to:

  • keep only what you love and need

  • donate and recycle what you can

  • throw away items that cannot be thoughtfully reused

The act of tidying is used as a tool to work toward an ideal lifestyle that ‘sparks joy’. You will be creating a future where you can spend more time doing things you love and less time taking care of your home.

 

This method takes commitment of energy and time, but the results are indeed life changing!
